Whether it’s a leaky washing machine, a broken line on a restaurant dishwasher, or cracked glass on a display refrigerator, the work order contains an ample amount of fields to 1) give the customer a detailed estimate, and 2) provide the technician with a comprehensive list of tasks to complete.
