A work order for a sign should include the following details for the customer to input:

  • Personal information including a billing and shipping address
  • Preferred due date
  • Quantity
  • Size
  • Material
  • Mat. Color
  • Font Style
  • Letter Color
  • Sketch area (with lines) for drawing
  • Production and Pricing approval signature space
  • Final approval and pickup signature space

If a deposit is taken, it should be included with the remaining balance due.
