Dock Receipt Template

A dock receipt is a document used when goods are shipped by vessel and a vessel arrives in port at a commercial harbor. It outlines details for the specific shipment, including identification of the vessel and shipping container(s) holding the goods and specific details about the goods themselves. The receipt also notes all of the parties involved: the shipper, the carrier, the forwarding party, and the final recipient.
