About the Appliance Repair Work Order
The appliance repair work order includes four (4) essential types of information that are required in order to successfully capture all the info relating to a job. These are:
- Contact information: The company (or technician) and the client’s name, address, phone number, and email.
- Work request: What the issue is, the type of appliance, and where it is located.
- Cost estimate: List of every part needed, the cost of each, serial numbers, and the estimated labor cost for conducting the repair(s).
- Approval: Before work should begin, the customer needs to view the order and sign their approval.
