Child Care (Daycare) Receipt Template

A child care receipt is a document given to a parent of a child in a daycare facility after submitting payment. The receipt should include the number (#) of hours the child was supervised and the hourly rate ($/hr). If the child is being taken care of on a recurring basis the receipt will most likely be issued each week or month.
