Freelance Receipt Template

A freelance receipt is a record of sale produced by a freelance employee for a client or contract employer. It usually lists specific services provided and their flat fees, or an hourly rate and a detailed list of billable hours. The receipt also notes if the client has paid any or all of the fees owed.
