A rent receipt book is used by landlords to issue receipts to tenants after receiving rent payment. The template contains three (3) receipts per page for payments made by cash, check, or money order. It is recommended that the landlord keep a portion of the receipt for record-keeping, either by making a note of the receipt in a transaction booklet or by using carbon copy receipts.
