Security Deposit Receipt Template
A security deposit receipt is given to a tenant immediately after successful payment. A landlord will commonly expect one (1) month’s rent in the chance the tenancy is not fulfilled in its entirety. A security deposit is paid at lease signing and is required before access to the property is granted.
