Subcontractor Work Order Template
A subcontractor work order is made by a general contractor when hiring a subcontractor for a specific job. A work order is a legally binding agreement when signed by both parties. Therefore, a subcontractor should take precaution as they will be liable to complete the work for the agreed-upon price. For larger construction projects, a subcontractor is paid a deposit or in intervals based on the work completed. Final payment is made after the work is complete and approval.
