A service work order requests labor-related work for an agreed upon price. This is between a client and contractor that may include materials to be purchased to complete the job. A deposit is sometimes paid when both parties sign the work order. For larger projects such as construction or remodeling, a separate contract is commonly created outlining the scope of work.
